Issue resolved after given the runaround my money was refunded in full

This company stole money out of my account on June 24th, 2018 for a elite box that I NEVER received. When I contacted them via email once I got a confirmation email stating that the box was delivered I was told that my credit card would not be charged via email from a Nadyn that my card wasnโ€™t charged which was on a Friday two days later on Sunday they stole the money from my account after I was told that they didnโ€™t even charge my card.

After contacting them via email A few times and gettting different answers from Nadine, Lucy, Maricel, Crisa, Ivoryn, Kath, and the automatic email i decided to call customer service and was told I would get my refund, itโ€™s being escalated, and in process. When my bank requested the funds they said because since the emails were so indifferent they denied my refund. So I called Adore me again and emailed them they said it was because I contacted my bank and thatโ€™s what was taking so long my bank said it was Adore me denying the claim. I ah e called so much now I donโ€™t even have to stay my name, they screen my calls, and Ash was extremely rude today and she hung up in my face.

Which isnโ€™t the first time they did that to me, but Ash rude self was kind enough to send me a email stating that she has noted my account. On the website it says 1-3 business days for a refund and itโ€™s been 3 weeks. I wouldnโ€™t recommend this company to anyone. Not only did I not receive anything from Adore me as a first time customer they stole from my account.

This company is a bunch of scammers even if I did receive something which I DIDNT AT ALL I would definitely return it not due to all the hassle they have put me through. I give it a 0 stars out of 5
