Almost two months later and no word from this *** company. Excuse after excuse for probably close to 50 messages that have gone unanswered.

“Customer service” hangs up on you after 10 mins when and if you get through to someone. I WANT MY MOMEY BACK.

After 2 years with adore me, My most recent 2 orders have me ready to switch to third Love. My order in feb (placed 2/16) wasn’t received until 3/7.

They gave me store credits for the inconvenience. Used the store credits on 3/11 on order #30411****... just notified that my order is again “delayed in processing”. It takes you 2 weeks to figure out that you cannot do your job?

I don’t buy it. Similar to others experiences... I called customer service and got hung up on... twice.

I’ve decided this will be my last order, which sucks because for 18 months it was awesome to finally find bras in my size. However, when you still advertise 5-7 days... you better deliver. Beyond annoying that your long-time customers are treated like dirt because of a “temporary” warehouse issue (that’s been going on for >6 months???

GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY!). The least they could do is ship what they do send overnight. But no. We don’t even get that courtesy.

Hopefully they realize It’s not just “a small percentage” of customers.

It’s all of us. And we’re all disgusted and fed up with their games.

Well, for one my name isn’t Victoria. Get it right, y’all have screwed up enough as it is.

You’re F rating with the BBB says all I need to. Give me a qualified person, who can actually do something. Immediately. It’s been 2 weeks.

All I’ve gotten is 4 more ticket numbers and NO PACKAGE. I get my products and a full refund for the disgusting treatment I’ve received (14 hang-ups for the record. Stellar CS... might clear up some of that “warehouse issue”.

Either way, I expect a product, a refund, and a dang good apology. And ASAP.

Again, I’m still not Victoria. And my emails have gone ignored for months.

So maybe when you all figure out how to do YOUR OWN JOBS, you let me know. Until then, I’ll begin filing the charges with my bank, and anyone else I can find to take your incompetence the *** out of here.
