I cancelled the adoreme account last year and every month they make an attempt. On May 16th the deducted 39.95 and today June 6th 39.95 I am owed 79.90 I want my money.

Returned order and NO refund!

I returned two orders and the tracking shows that they was both delivered it has been over a month and I have called multiple times I have been asked to call back and I was hung up on from the customer service rep when I called her out on her bold faced lie about USPS tracking is wrong that the items will show delivered on there site but it isnt correct and that its not how their orders and returns are processed that the system says in transit on Adore me end... smh these ppl are RUDE AND SCAMMERS AND I HAVE STILL YET TO GET MY REFUND

Be careful, Adore me is a scam and has no moral company!

Adore Me is one of the most terrible company for many reasons. First, they have the worse shopping and return policy. I ordered the products two weeks before my wedding. The package did not come until a week after my wedding finished. Second, as I returned the late shipping items because they were meaningless at that time, they took over a month to give me back my refund. Third, while they advertise free return, they were indeed charged about $2.5 per set that I returned. Fourth, they are the cheapest and has no morality in their business. Their promotion of buy 5, get 1 free is a scam. I ordered my free set, and the status of my order remained processing for 3 weeks before they emailed me that the items were no longer available and compensated me with $5 store credits. I was then went to the site to order another free set and using the store credit card. Guess what? My order status remains processing. Not only that, but I follow up with the customer service and all they can say is we apologize apologize for the delay. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Refund

Well problem is that I have NOT received my lingerie in which I purchased almost a month ago!!it said that it was delivered to my home but I havent received absolutely Anything and its very upsetting..At this point I just would like a refund.My landlord looked at footage from our security cameras and it shows our things being delivered to the wrong building and when I received an alert from you guys it was to late my package was gone.and also I dont want a subscription with you guys and 40$ was taken off of my card for that.Im upset you guys have some pretty lingerie and I was looking forward to looking gorgeous in my bedroom this weekend but unfortunately that wont happen.!I spent over 250 dollars with you guys I can not afford to take that big of a lost.I have a anniversary coming up this weekend so this really inconvenience me.

I heard about the company thru instagram so decide to do a small order to check quality, after waiting a mo or more I recvd the first shipment and I liked it. decided to place a second order and waited again, this time being more patient, after 2 to 3 wks recvd a email that my order was cancelled. I inquired and they stated it was to big and maybe I should break it into smaller order. Okay I did two separate orders and waited again, and paid for express shipping. After a few wks I decide to call again to check status and wasnt told that its being investigated bc most orders are process n shipped with in 2 day at warehouse, and that I should allow them to check matter and send me email, after 2days I got an email that my two orders have been cancelled. smh so not happy!!!!!

Unapproved charges

Apparently when you order from Adore me you have a choice of being a VIP customer or a pay as you go customer. I picked VIP only because I didn't want to pay as I go. I just paid for it in total. But because I picked VIP they've been taking out $39.95 from my account since that order. I called last month and asked to be taken off as a member and given my money back and they did not do it. This time a person that answered the phone had a very condescending script that insisted I did something wrong and that I did cancel properly after I got off the phone with the customer service last month so that is why they were still charging me. I think this is a BS way of getting people's money especially people that don't pay attention to their bank accounts. I will never purchase from Adore me ever again.. Michelle P

The receptionist was very nice I have no issues everything went well on call. It's a lovely site. I would recommend it! I just didnt want to be in the membership, cant afford it at the time.

I can’t order anything to the right address!! :(

I have lots of friends that love adore me. And I would LOVE to also love adore me. But unfortunately I cant order anything to my address? I live in New York State, upstate. NOT the city. The first order I placed, after paying and getting my confirmation email, showed that it was being sent to my address, New York, New York. I was PISSED. I got a refund, and never saw the clothes. They told me that in the future Id have to check and double check my address. The address in my personal information section is correct. And when I go to place a new order, I type it in correctly. AS SOON as I hit place order, it changes it!!!!! Right back to NY, NY. So then I have to cancel it :( If only I was in the big city, I guess thats the only way to get my damn orders. I cant even give this company any accurate stars because I have no idea how their product is. I just cant order any :(
