Fraud
I bought multiple sets and had to return due to them being too big. I was assured that even though it was out of the range that they accepted returns that it would be accepted and refunded completely.
Months later I get a notification that my order return was received and blah blah blah. Then I get another email stating that a charge was made to my card for the purchase. Called adore me to ask what the charge was for as I cancelled my account and membership months ago and shouldnt be getting charged anything at all. I was told my return didnt pass inspection when I didnt even put the set on and put it right back in the bags it came in when I saw they were way too big for me.
They said they will refund the money and sorry basically.
Dont ever buy from this company! Going to cancel my card because I dont believe them or trust them as a company!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They shipped my products without a word and they arrived an entire month later. They did go quiet on social media for that time period they were finally shipping orders, but no public apology etc.
They continue to push purchases on their social media and app notifications but when I reach out to call AND email customer service, I get zero response. I emailed them February 7th, just kindly asking for an expected timeline or update regarding my order with my account email and order number attached, and the automated email said they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. It has been almost 10 days and no response. Nothing on their site or socials apologizing.
They send automated emails with coupon codes that dont even work with clearance or their promotional sales so its not worth it to use them, and they delete comments on their socials asking why theres a delay and whats happening because NOBODY IS GETTING ANY INFO ON THEIR MISSING ORDERS. This is NOT okay from a big business, especially whose entire selling point is lingerie (especially for Valentines Day??) and are pushing sales from their NYFW show as well. Itd be different if you could just cancel your order, but you literally cant, even as a VIP member unless it is within 30 MINUTES after placing the order?? Acting like a small Etsy seller that makes their living off individuals sales when they are actually a huge name brand company, owned by Victorias Secret??
Not even a news release to apologize and explain. Incredibly disappointing.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted them two times via customer support and the second time they refunded me the whole cost.
or so I thought. Fast forward to the next week and there have been zero updates on the tracking number as in UPS never got the package. I looked up reviews to see if others had similar experiences to which my thoughts were vindicated and read about their membership scam. I checked the membership section and saw that I did have an automatic membership that they never confirmed I had so I made sure to cancel it so I don't randomly get charged in the future.
I received a subscription cancellation confirmation, nothing further.
Then days later on the 12th (which was the day before latest estimated date I would receive my order), I received an email saying my order return was successfully processed and I'd been refunded for the prices of the items but was charged $9.75 as in they charge you $5.95 for each item you cancel or return in the form a "restocking fee" even though it never actually shipped. So in total that's $29.75 for a cancelation. I never canceled the order or received an order cancelation confirmation and there were zero indications on the website that it was canceled or that they would cancel the order along with the membership. My order was already paid for as well.
So I was legit scammed out of $29.75 for a $20 order that never shipped in the first place and I was looking forward to gettting. This is seriously disgusting and predatory.
I only opted for buying from here since they had relations with Victoria Secret but clearly that was a mistake. I can only hope that they actually canceled my membership and don't charge my card like they've done to other people.

It took 20 days for my account to be deleted, only after I started posting on social media did the process actually work. I am beyond furious with Adore Me and their management.
Truly a disgrace and a complete waste of almost a month of my time.
I will never do business with them ever again and I will continue to make multiple posts warning people of their policies and issues that they as a company create. I genuinely hope they never succeed as a business.
Apparently the account was deleted at 3:30am this morning, without any form of follow up. The only take away is that harassment is only way this company will actually do something about the headache they cause and I regret the almost 2 year relationship I had with them.
A true nightmare. I hope to be done soon but have completely lost faith in this company

Delayed in processing
I have been waiting a month for my order to process I placed said order on feb 14th and today makes the one month mark for my delayed order and I was told by customer service whom I called a week ago to call back if it got this far along without them shipping my item. I called them today, waited 15 minutes on hold then a lady picked up told me she was going to retrieve my info and 10 minutes later she hangs up!
I tried to call back only to find out that my number is now blocked by their customer help line it is safe to say I will no longer be shopping with adore me. The crazy thing is I have ordered from them before and it went super well just as planned so this is just a big 180 and a huge step in the wrong direction what in the world.

I placed an order with Adore Me over three weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately, yet nothing has shipped yet.
Every time I reach out, they say it will be shipped soon. I'm not sure what is going on there, and the customer service reps don't seem to know either.

Delay
Placed an order 3 weeks ago and its been delayed since I placed it. 1st time I reached out to customer service I never received a response.
2nd time they told me they had a spike in demand recently causing the delay.
As if it is a surprise that a company that sells lingerie would see a spike in sales around Valentines Day. They also couldnt provide any predictions as to when my order or any other orders would be shipped.

Do not order from Adore Me Buyer Beware
I made one purchase for my Goddaughter in December before I noticed that Adore Me was charging me a monthly fee of $39.95 for what they call a "VIP Membership." This is bogus. I NEVER signed up for any membership.
They retained my credit card without my permission and had I not caught this, they would have continued to charge me. I tried to call them and you are on hold indefinitely. When you unsubscribe from the membership, you wind up in a loop after having to 'create an account' to even get in. Then, your password no longer works.
What a nighmare. I wound up emailing them after I called my CC company and deliberately cancelled my credit card. I let them know their show was over.
BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT EVER order from them again.

They sign you up for a subscription, then you cannot cancel on their site. You don't even know you have a subscription until you receive a $39.99 charge. You follow directions to cancel, and you cannot.

I was so excited to finally try Adore Me, and I ordered over 20 items on the Black Friday deal for myself and as gifts. However, I got a cancellation email on 12/6 when the items were supposed to arrive, and no reason was given.
They did refund my credit card, but I was so disappointed that there was no explanation.
The customer service was of no help. It felt like it was a bait and switch.

I paid for VIP but never received the rewards. I've also unsubscribed multiple times, but the system keeps taking money out. It even took money from a different card that wasn't set to be charged.

I did not sign up for VIP membership. I only wanted to order one item I did not consent to VIP membership or for them to charge my card every month it was supposed to be a one time purchase!!!

Cancelled the order that was placed for my wife and NOTHING in the first box was anything she liked or fit right, she got wrong sizes of everything all she kept was a night gown, when i cancelled the subscription they told me to send the new box they sent me back and so i did UNOPENED and now they are trying to still charge me over 300$ thats not gonna happen with this guy

Been waiting almost 2 months for my order to process, keep getting the run around. My order is still processing but now it’s apparently missing.
They only said they are refunding the money I spent on the order $3.55. I had used $103 vouchers ( so now out $103 for the monthly vip vouchers) Do NOT use this company.
