Delivery issue

My package was supposed to be delivered today and I got a notification saying it was but there was nothing at my house. When I checked the tracking it said return to sender-vacant Im not sure if it was because I wasnt home to receive it or if they went to the wrong house. None approved transactions being taken from my account

This is the second time in two weeks the company has taken hundreds of dollars out of my account.When I call to get a refund they say they are sorry they found the box and will refund my money in 3-5 business days.When I told them I couldnt wait 3-5 days and needed to speak with a manager or supervisor I was told they have no way for me to do so but one would email me in 1-2 business days. I now have late fees on my phone and electric bill because of this.

Credit Card Fraud

My credit card was fraudulently used at Adore Me 2 months ago. I reported the charge as fraudulent and received a new credit card from my bank.

Well...the new credit card also had a charge from Adore Me about 2 weeks later. Rinse, repeat - fraud dispute and my bank reissued a new card with a new number. Today, now on my second replacement card - again, a charge from Adore Me. Now a 3rd replacement card is on the way.

Just to be clear, I have never purchased anything from Adore Me. I verified with my bank that there is no subscription or online wallet that would give Adore Me automatic access to a new card number.

There have been no other fraudulent charges on any of my new cards other than at Adore Me. I have contacted my state's AG office and filed an official complaint.

Preferred solution: Quit charging my credit card. Whoever made the original purchase did so fraudulently and Adore Me knows this, yet they keep charging my card.

Your credit card company is doing the right thing. I’m not sure why Adore me.

My bank account info was given out over your app. I think I've been hacked.

I downloaded the app several months ago and I started an account with Rocket Monet. During the process of linking my banking account the app asked me some personal information. I realized those were the questions I answered the last time I checked my account at the bank. Those were my security questions. After that happened I closed the app. I tried to get the app back and when I went to login it didn't recognize my Gmail address. This is the only one I got. I can't login to even close that account I can't even cancel my subscription. This is too weird.

Two things could have happened. One is that you have accidentally signed up for a membership, two is that someone has used your card as a fraud.
