Let me start by saying We have been a customer of Adoreme for 2+ years and had never had an issue. That is until Monday 5/14/2018 when we placed an order for a panty set for an upcoming trip. Everything went well, we thought. 2 Days later on Wednesday afternoon we get a message that the order was cancelled, with no details.

While I sat on hold I placed the order again. Once the Agent answered I was told there was a security issue with the site and all orders had to be cancelled. It made sense, sort of, and I let it go. I then asked if they could expedite the shipping as the set was for our trip early next week.

The agent kept putting me on hold, coming back, reading a script. I would ask the EXACT SAME question and the round and round would continue. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are not available EVER to speak with customers and if we wanted the panties in time we should cancel the order, order them again and select expedited and pay the fee. We argued for a while and then the agent just hung up.

I opened a support ticket via the web with all of the details and that went unanswered. I then called today and every time I asked if it was a call center or AdoreMe, they hung up... I finally got a person who did not hang up and I was told to stop complaining then she too hung up.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
