Adore Me - Feels like a scam...
I placed an order for $154 worth of product on November 21. I called customer service several days ago, and was given a canned and unhelpful response about a delay.
I called again today and was offered a refund but no insight into the status of my order, which I must have by Dec 8. The site says that order is shipped within 2 to 3 days, and I feel pretty sure this is a scam. A refund doesn’t cut it—I just need to know the status of my order, since this is time sensitive. When i followed up today’s call with two emails, I received no reply at all.
I do not want a canned script reply to this message.
I want someone to tell me the exact status of my order in the warehouse, which any reputable company would be capable of doing after a week of “processing”. Order

We would like to inform you that due to the large volume of orders registered by our company, your order was subjected to an extended processing time. Unfortunately, it was shipped only on the 6th of November.
We assume full responsibility for this delay.
It is not in our intention to inconvenience you for we value you as a customer. We do hope that the the full refund expresses our apology in more than just words and assures you that we are willing to go the extra mile to fix any mishaps that may take place.
Our warehouse is already discussing this problem and the possible solutions as we truly aspire to offer a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
We are determined not to allow anything like this happen again the reason why the capacity of our warehouse and the personnel has been doubled a few weeks ago. We do hope that this improvement will prevent similar issues from happening again.
