Ordered on 10/11 receive partial order on 11/17. Charged in full, sent me an email they did not have what I ordered so they gave me a $10 store credit. They essentially thought I was getting a deal as a first time customer and ended up paying $99 for 6 pairs of underwear I could have bought at Target for less. Soo disappointed. Don't fall for the marketing, they do not have the product and the customer service is horrible. Shipping is not what is promised, they do not follow thru. Unbelievable that they spend that much on marketing and have nothing to offer. The product I received was sooo basic, nothing special about it. Like a six pack of Hanes underwear.

Processing Issue

I ordered something from AdoreMe on October 17th and it is now November 15th and I finally cancelled my order and got my money back because processing was taking a month. I used a promo code with my order for the pink beauty bag and somehow even though they are backed up with orders, I got the beauty bag delivered to me. How does that make sense? What I paid for with my own money hasn't even left the warehouse but I got a cheap *** bag? If this puts it into perspective, I ordered something on Wish around the same time and got that before my order on AdoreMe. You would think that such a popular website would be more efficient with their merchandise getting to the consumer. Especially with all the people on YouTube and Facebook telling you to buy these items. And from what I've read, a lot of people are having the same issue. Do you have to have a following to get your stuff at a decent time?? So ridiculous. Completely pissed off. Not impressed with this company whatsoever.

Seems I'm not alone. I should have stayed with, if's its too good to be true, its probably not true. Like many I received the same old shipping, warehouse issues story. No telling when they will actually send my items. May have to dispute on my credit card before the limit of 60 days to dispute. Shouldn't have to keep waiting for a ship date. They ought to be ashamed of their actual vs advertised practice. PEOPLE, DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET YOUR ITEMS. I'm still waiting over a week with no anticipated ship date in sight.

ridiculous because it’s Dec 24 now.

We completely get where you are coming from.It is indisputable that the processing time has gotten astonishingly long.

We acknowledge that this is a problem and we would like to let you know that we do not take this lightly at all. We have stopped some of the marketing campaigns and we have been working diligently to scale up the warehouse's capacity to prevent future problems.

As for the current situation, please note that a rather small percentage of our clients has been affected.

We are still analyzing why only certain orders are pending. What we regret the most that the sytem did not allow us to engage the customers in cancelling their orders per request allowing you to wait for weeks.

We take the full blame for this. We have since then communicated the complaints to the superiors to work out a resolution. It is not in our intention to cause so much frustration therefore we would like to offer our help.

However, in order to do this we will need to know all the order numbers related to your complaints so that we can provide a proper resolution.

DONT ODER FROM ADORE ME!!!!!!

Placed a order on December 4th for x-mas gifts for my wife. Dec 18th still no shipping confirmation!

I have called 3 times and they just give you the same B.S. story the last one gave... Some how they have no idea when and even if your items will ship before Christmas... (Seems you need to order in July to shop here for Christmas).

Meanwhile they blow up your email with specials to order now to receive in time for Christmas.. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!

do yourself a favor and go back to Victoria Secret.... at least they ship on time

Ordered myself a 25 pound loss "Reward" from Adore Me for my upcoming vacation. I ordered on 12/12/17 and on 12/20/17 my order is still "processing".

Seems like I will not be getting my "Reward" before Christmas. I contacted the company and got a VERY GENERIC answer. I asked about cancelling my order or putting it on hold until I come back from vacation; of course the answer was "NO". Why can't I cancel my order if it hasn't even been shipped yet?

You didn't have any issues with taking my money on time! Not sure if I will be continuing my VIP Membership with them. So disappointed in the company. Why send me 200 plus emails about ordering for Christmas with 5-7 day guaranteed product arrival if you can't handle the orders?!?!!!

They did however, give me a $10.00 credit to my account.

But if I don't know how the package will be delivered by the Post Office, FedEx or UPS Truck I will not be able to have them hold my package for me. So...The $10.00 credit means nothing if someone steals the package from my front porch while I am on Vacation.

I placed a large order. Have ordered with them before with no problems, could not get into my old account and had to make a new one. Upon placing order i was excited until of course my order was placed in proceeding and still processing after my delivery date. I emailed got nowhere, called got nowhere got lots and lots of excuses, asked for a refund after i got tired of the excuses, horrible customer service. They were refusing to process my refund. Looked through my friends account all said was available in my size, looked through my account same thing. Got more of the s run around. All in all i was trying to get an estimated time of arrival i got crap.

It is not our intention to create inconveniences for our customers while ordering and we truly understand how important it is for you to not only receive quality products, but also have them processed and delivered in a timely manner.

We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages.

We are sorry to hear that you no longer need these items.

Unfortunately, we do not have direct contact with our warehouse and therefore we cannot cancel orders that are already being processed by them. By direct contact, we do mean that we do not have any option to physically place a cancel order request. We may be able to view the status of your order, but since our databases are not interlinked we have no way of modifying any information related to your order. We are truly sorry about this.

We completely understand that you may no longer need this order because of the delay. Rest assured that we do not want you to be stuck with something that you no longer need or want because of this experience. What we can offer at this time as a solution is that once this package is delivered, you can request a return for a refund. Please be assured that we will refund all the money that you have spent with us during the return process.

It is not the understanding that we lack, but the means to engage your request. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Still in "Processing" All email correspondence says the same thing.

"Overwhelmed with orders" They refuse to refund my money, just tell me they are sure it will ship soon. (Emails every day states same thing. What do we do? Class action suit?

They take our money, and I am sure it is earning interest somewhere. (I certainly am not) Today I get an email stating I didn't skip my VIP month, (Which I signed out of 2 weeks ago) They will be charging me for this month. Are you *** kidding me!!?? My special occasion is long past, and I went to mall to buy my items, because my trip was occurring.

Very pissed with this company. They have no right to be in business.

I keep receiving the same emails stating they are having warehouse issues. I will contact the BBB to seek resolution.

Order still processing

placed order 9 Dec using VIP credits I THOUGHT I skipped each month but was charged anyway. On 12 Dec Order was still showing processing.

Called and was on hold for 15 minutes -- never spoke to anyone. Received generic email thanking me for calling and indicated they would return the call. As of 15 Dec still no return call and order is STILL processing. Received email stating they are still processing order and I should receive update shortly - this was two days ago.

As there are Christmas gifts, I would greatly appreciate knowing when I'll be getting them....or want the order cancelled and a full refund. Order totaled 119.95 How can promote Christmas items, if they don't even have the stock, or support to ever ship them?!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!

Placed a $350 order om 12/10 for a Christmas gift. i realized the next morning the size was wrong, immediately called Customer Service which was a huge joke they respond directly from a script.

The order has not shipped however the process they want me to follow is wait for it to ship once it arrives process the return, (BUT IT HAS NOT SHIPPED YET). Will not be correct before Christmas when there is plenty of time to correct.

Adore Me could learn alot of Amazon on Customer Service. They just lost a customer and i will be sure to share this exeprience with everyone i can.

Terrible customer service and no shipment after 12 days and counting

I'm a first time customer of Adore Me and I won't be a repeat customer. I placed an order 12 days ago and it's still in "processing" stage.

I contacted customer service 5 days ago and they told me they are overwhelmed and it will ship "in the next day or two". I'm still waiting. I contacted them again, and no response. I don't expect what I ordered to actually be in stock when and if the order is ever processed.

Their customer service has alot to be desired. I was told I would receive a $10 credit.

I would rather cancel the order and buy elsewhere but I guess that's not an option. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
