DONT ODER FROM ADORE ME!!!!!!
Placed a order on December 4th for x-mas gifts for my wife. Dec 18th still no shipping confirmation!
I have called 3 times and they just give you the same B.S. story the last one gave... Some how they have no idea when and even if your items will ship before Christmas... (Seems you need to order in July to shop here for Christmas).
Meanwhile they blow up your email with specials to order now to receive in time for Christmas.. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!
do yourself a favor and go back to Victoria Secret.... at least they ship on time

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Still in "Processing" All email correspondence says the same thing.
"Overwhelmed with orders" They refuse to refund my money, just tell me they are sure it will ship soon. (Emails every day states same thing. What do we do? Class action suit?
They take our money, and I am sure it is earning interest somewhere. (I certainly am not) Today I get an email stating I didn't skip my VIP month, (Which I signed out of 2 weeks ago) They will be charging me for this month. Are you *** kidding me!!?? My special occasion is long past, and I went to mall to buy my items, because my trip was occurring.
Very pissed with this company. They have no right to be in business.

Order still processing
placed order 9 Dec using VIP credits I THOUGHT I skipped each month but was charged anyway. On 12 Dec Order was still showing processing.
Called and was on hold for 15 minutes -- never spoke to anyone. Received generic email thanking me for calling and indicated they would return the call. As of 15 Dec still no return call and order is STILL processing. Received email stating they are still processing order and I should receive update shortly - this was two days ago.
As there are Christmas gifts, I would greatly appreciate knowing when I'll be getting them....or want the order cancelled and a full refund. Order totaled 119.95 How can promote Christmas items, if they don't even have the stock, or support to ever ship them?!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!
Placed a $350 order om 12/10 for a Christmas gift. i realized the next morning the size was wrong, immediately called Customer Service which was a huge joke they respond directly from a script.
The order has not shipped however the process they want me to follow is wait for it to ship once it arrives process the return, (BUT IT HAS NOT SHIPPED YET). Will not be correct before Christmas when there is plenty of time to correct.
Adore Me could learn alot of Amazon on Customer Service. They just lost a customer and i will be sure to share this exeprience with everyone i can.
Tried going on line to order two sets of Bras and never got

I'm a first time customer of Adore Me and I won't be a repeat customer. I placed an order 12 days ago and it's still in "processing" stage.
I contacted customer service 5 days ago and they told me they are overwhelmed and it will ship "in the next day or two". I'm still waiting. I contacted them again, and no response. I don't expect what I ordered to actually be in stock when and if the order is ever processed.
Their customer service has alot to be desired. I was told I would receive a $10 credit.
I would rather cancel the order and buy elsewhere but I guess that's not an option. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
