Never on time
I have placed 5 or 6 orders to adore me, only 1 of which showed up on time! Most of these orders sat in "processing" for 2 weeks or so, starting a school early as October.
I have voiced my complaints and have gotten minimal compensation, $10 store credit once, 25% refund another time. After this past order, which was purchased 2 weeks ago, I am no longer shopping with adore me.
The quality it's great, price isn't terrible, but I have had major problems with the shipping and the customer service (waited several days for a response to an email to no avail). I will not be buying from them for a long time, if ever again.
So decepointed of Adore me!
I ordered on Nov 28 with shipment supposed to be on the 6th. It’s now the 10th and no order.
I tried too many times to send emails to the customer care... messages on facebook. No one is answer me. I don't know what to do.
They took my money but don't want to answer me on my order #30339****. Adore me excuse me but you have to do best. I'm sad because, I ordered from the french west indies and i have to use The package forwarding solution in oder to get my parcel.
I would like to be in touch with someone of the customer care. I WANT AN ANSWER.

Order never shipped - still processing
I placed an order for $154 on 18 November, with an estimated delivery of 24 -26 November. It's now 4 December and I still don't have my order.
I contacted customer service twice, the first time they gave me a 25% discount the second time they did nothing. I keep getting marketing emails from Adore Me asking me to buy more products. I asked the customer service representative to remove me from the email if they can't ship the order. When asked for an ETA, each time I called they said they told me it wasn't possible to give me an estimate because their warehouse was backed up.
So they don't communicate with their customers, their marketing team, nor their warehouse team. This feels like a corrupt organization to me.
Buyer beware, the only thing you are getting is scammed. Protect your money.

Advertised that if I placed order, merchandise would arrive before Valentine's Day. It's the 15th and order is still processing. Thanks for the false advertising.
Terrible Customer Service
Here is a transcript of my chat with a customer service agent who I contacted on Tuesday evening concerning an order placed the previous Friday that had yet to ship. Me: I placed an order on 1 December and it still hasn't shipped.
I was expecting delivery on or before 8 December because this is a gift. Order #30341**** Me: (after 10 minutes) It would be nice to at least get a response Ariane: Let me check it for you, Chad Ariane: I am currently gathering information from the order Me: Thank you, Ariane Ariane: No worries! Ariane: I was able to look into your account and I am very sorry to see that your order has yet to ship from our warehouse. Ariane: Orders usually ship within 2 business days of being processed.
Ariane: Your order was placed last Friday around 6:15:37 PM Ariane: Please be advised that for order placed after 12PM are starting to be processed by the warehouse the next business day Ariane: Your package is expected to be release from the warehouse end of day today or tomorrow morning Ariane: Once it is shipped, it will be delivered within 3-7 business days Me: Am I able to get expedited shipping? Me: Since processing is taking 3 business days Ariane: If the order was placed on the account beyond 30 minutes, we can no longer modify or cancel it Ariane: All of these information is indicated from this link, https://www.adoreme.com/terms-conditions Me: So there is nothing you can do other than to advise me to return it if I'm dissatisfied. I'm already aware of your policies. I contacted you because I was hoping to get some help Me: What is unacceptable is that it is taking more than 2 business days to process an order Ariane: I am very sorry if you got upset with the information and on the things that I am capable of.
If there's something I can do about it, I am more than happy to provide it to you immediately. Ariane: Unfortunately, I have system that has limits and was not allowing me to resolve it to your satisfaction Ariane: Let me know if you need assistance, I'll be more than happy to help! Customer service agents are more than happy to help, but they don't have the ability to do anything. I was hoping they could at least provide expedited shipping given the delay in processing.
Unfortunately, they offered no solutions. I was going to give this order as a gift to my fiancee, but in this instance ordering one week in advance of when I needed the order was not enough for Adore Me to be able to fulfill it in time due to delays in their own processing times.
Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on December 12th. At the time of order, it indicated 5-7 days for me to get the order.
5 days later, I get an email saying they are delayed in processing the order. The following morning I start calling and e-mailing. 3 calls, and several e-mails later... 1) They still don't know when they are going to ship it.
2) They can't change the shipping address, even though they haven't shipped it yet. 3) They can't cancel the order, see #2 above. I've since ordered a new Christmas present from another vendor. When I get this order from Adore Me, I'm now going to have to spend my time dealing with a return.
Simple, don't do business with Adore Me. They just don't have their customer service act together.

Preferred solution: Fix your systems/process. At very minimum, you should be able to cancel an order that you haven't shipped yet.
HORRIBLE
I placed an order on Feb 2. It's now March 6th and my order is still processing.
When I ordered I was guaranteed to get my shipment by Valentine's Day. Obviously that didn't happen. This company does not honor their values. I've sent several emails and made several calls and I just keep getting the run around.
They keep saying that they're delayed but I see on their social media that other customers are receiving their orders but not me??? They won't do anything! I spent $70 on lingerie for V Day and never received it.
This company is dishonest, unhonorable and has horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your time here!!!
They will steal your money on exchanges/returns!!
I highly recommend you not order anything from AodreMe if there is any chance you will need to return it! I first ordered a swimsuit based on the size chart and it did not fit.
I went thru the exchange process which was very easy and ordered the next size up and mailed back the original suit. Once AdoreMe received the exchange I received an email stating I returned the item damaged and my credit card was charged $20. I had the item on all of 2 minutes and if it was damaged then they sent it to me that way, if I damaged it then I would have returned it for being damaged instead of too small. When I received the second item it also did not fit, I again exchanged it.
This time they did not even send me any communication and just charged my card another $20. I reached out asking why they are charging my card with out authorization or even any explanation. Their response was that it did not pass sanitary inspection and smelled of smoke and/or perfume. I do not smoke nor is there any smoking in my household.
I tried the item on and immediately placed it back in the bag and into the box. They may make the return and exchanges easy but that is only because they will charge you for whatever they feel like.
This is a very shady business and unless you want to pay double I highly recommend not purchasing anything from AdoreMe!!!!!!!! They are thieves!
Refund my order!
my order number is 30339****. I tracked my package on USPS and the expected delivery date said Dec.
9 but also said the package is still being processed on Dec. 12 in Cali. It’s Dec. 21st...
My boyfriend just came home from deployment and we planned a very special night and that date is coming up very shortly. The customer care is pretty terrible. I can only ask basic questions for answers i don’t need.
I just want a refund... :((((
No To VIP
Ordered one item in Oct. and now they are taking close to $40.00 out of my account each month.
I was told when I called that each month if I didn't order something that a store credit would be issued. Believe me when I say I never would of signed up for this. Why would anyone pre pay before they ordered something? It took me a few months to find the charge and now they owe me about $120.00 They were very helpful and said they would refund my money and sent me a link to cancel my VIP Membership that I never signed up for.
When I asked the lady why anyone would want to have a VIP membership she really couldn't tell me. I would be very afraid to shop here again as I don't want them to resign me up have money taken out of my acct each month for nothing...
Order never shipped, still "processing"
placed an order about a week ago, still in the processing status - sent two emails with no reply and called customer service. Got a generic response about high volumes and delays.
When I asked how long it would take for it to ship the woman said she didn't know and I would just have to wait, I asked when I should call back and she said "it is up to you" which is obviously something a customer NEVER wants to hear. I have ordered one previous time from this website and the same thing happened but I eventually got my order after about a month.
I thought maybe it was a fluke but apparently this is how they treat their customers year round. Canceling my VIP :(
The fact they don't respond
I've emailed them a few times and haven't gotten a response back about a package that never got to me. And I was told I would get store credit once they receive it but haven't gotten an email about it.
It's upsetting because it was first time purchasing something and I was happy that I was going to receive it but didn't get to me cause my address was wrong and couldn't deliver so they sent it back to them.
I also went looking for it at the post office. You need to improve your services this is unacceptable and actions need to be done because this can't happen again.

Mad e my first VIP purchase on 12/07/17 today is 12/18/17 and still processing. Just like others on here was supposed to be a Christmas gift order #30345**** I want to give this Co.
a try and hope they speed up delivery. I have not done any subscription services in the past and so far Adore Me is showing me why I never have. If Adore Me Representatives ever look at this site it would be greatly appreciated if you would check on my order and get it on the way.

Poor Shipping Time and Customer Experience
I ordered four weeks ago. My purchase stayed “in processing” the entire time.
The company initially offered me a ten dollar credit but only after I reached out for a status update.
After I reached out a second time for a status they offered me a refund that, after one week, still has not processed back to my credit card. I’m left without a refund, without a product, and a strong suspicion that even though I cancelled my VIP membership, my credit card will be charged again next month.
Poor delivery times
I had a vip membership until after my last order. This was my 5th order from them.
3 out of 5 of my orders were late processing times of over a week. Generic responses from customer support and same excuse about the warehouse is having problems.
They had no problem with getting the money for membership monthly but can’t get you products in the time they say they will. So if u are ordering it for an occasion you better get it a month in advance or you will be left with empty excuses

We are deeply sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced with a poor service. Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially that this is not the kind of service that we aim for.
We are still investigating the warehouse problem and we have worked diligently to ship out the pending orders or cross-check them with our updated inventory. We have set up a second warehouse to handle all purchases in a prompt manner during this packed season.
