Delayed order

I placed an order January 31 and it’s now February 8 and it has yet to be shipped. I called customer service yesterday and they read off a script an apology and credited my account. When I placed the order I confirmed I would receive by February 9th because I’m going away. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were all in meetings but I could call back in an hour. I called back 3 hours later and was told they were all still in a meeting but one would call back yesterday for sure. I also sent an email outlining my concerns regarding the poor customer service. NO RESPONSE! No phone call from a supervisor or email response. I called back today and was hung up on. I called again and got a helpful person who at least listened to my concerns and cancelled the order and I enrolled me. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and was told there were none working. It’s unbelievable to me as a former call center manager the lack of oversight for agents and concern for (former) clients. So disappointed with this service. I will never recommend and would still like to speak with someone in upper management.

That on top of this you have recieved dismissive customer service is indeed unacceptable.

Please note that the backlog issues did not affect the majority of orders. We are still investigating the warehouse problem and we have worked diligently to ship out the pending orders or cross-check them with our updated inventory. We have set up a second warehouse to handle all purchases in a prompt manner during this packed season. We trust that the improvement will prevent similar issues from happening again.

We would love to look into your case specifically to address it with a resolution, however, we will need your order number to do so.

Horrible and never returning

I placed my order on March 6th and received a email saying my order would be delivered in between March 11-13th. It is March 22nd and my order is still in delayed processing. They will not pick up their phone after multiple tries. I am never ordering from them again and about to look into suing the company. And, canceling their charges through my bank.

Still processing a week later.

I ordered 3 sets on March 10, 2018. Usually when I order from here I get my items within the week but this time it says the order is still processing!

I was under the assumption since there were so many promotions going on the service would be so much quicker !

I ordered on March 4 and it is still being processed. I have tried to call and got disconnected twice .

Their online chat is down every time I try and use it. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and have received only auto reply responses so far and it has been over 72 hrs since my first email.

Adore Me will not let you cancel an order after 30 min and they have already taken the order money out of my bank. My order number is (# 30404****).

I placed an order on 3/5/2018 and as of today, 3/18/2018, there is no sign of it being shipped. I've tried calling and emailing the company and have received no response. If nothing is done to resolve this issue then I will be disputing the charge and cancelling my membership.

My order number is 30406****.I received a generic email stating the delay is due to an abnormally high number of orders. This is clearly BS, because after perusing the reviews on this website, this issue has been ongoing for you since at least October 2017.

I would love to know how it's possible that no one at your company can tell anyone when their orders will be shipped.It's also funny that your company continues to send marketing and sale emails at least once a day. One would think that if you're having major issues fulfilling orders due to high volume, you'd scale back on that.

It's almost as if this is a scam and your excuses are just lies. What do I know though...

My order number is #30407**** please rectify this situation. I've been waiting for my order since March 12 now and Everytime I check my order it says order pending. I would really like my merchandise and this is taking ridiculously long already.

Adore Me - Feels like a scam...

I placed an order for $154 worth of product on November 21. I called customer service several days ago, and was given a canned and unhelpful response about a delay.

I called again today and was offered a refund but no insight into the status of my order, which I must have by Dec 8. The site says that order is shipped within 2 to 3 days, and I feel pretty sure this is a scam. A refund doesn’t cut it—I just need to know the status of my order, since this is time sensitive. When i followed up today’s call with two emails, I received no reply at all.

I do not want a canned script reply to this message.

I want someone to tell me the exact status of my order in the warehouse, which any reputable company would be capable of doing after a week of “processing”. Order

It is not in our intention to inconvenience you for we value you as a customer. We do hope that the the full refund expresses our apology in more than just words and assures you that we are willing to go the extra mile to fix any mishaps that may take place.

Our warehouse is already discussing this problem and the possible solutions as we truly aspire to offer a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

We are determined not to allow anything like this happen again the reason why the capacity of our warehouse and the personnel has been doubled a few weeks ago. We do hope that this improvement will prevent similar issues from happening again.

#30408**** is my order number and I have emailed, dm via instagram to crickets. I've opened a dispute with my cc company today.

I will not have over $100 stolen from me. You should have refunded money to those who requested and never shipped their orders.

I made an order on February 21 and it is March 6 and it is still processing. I’ve contacted the company multiple times including on the phone, email and Facebook. I keep getting the same responses about how they’ve had more orders than usual and that they have no update at this time. I’ve asked for a refund and they won’t do it telling me they can only cancel the order within 30 min of making an order. How was I supposed to know I’d never receive my order? I’m at a loss of what to do except file a complaint with the better buisiness bureau since the company won’t solve the issue for me. I read the reviews here and they all are saying the same thing. Someone needs to provide some solutions!

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!! I had an account with Adore me and my CC information was STOLEN.

I order from online websites all of the time and never had a issue with someone making fraudulent charges on my account. I call Adore Me to get this issues resolved as soon as I received and email from my bank and they still shipped the items that I did not purchased to an address in Florida! I have NEVER lived in Florida and Do not even know anyone that lives in Florida. Their customer service is awful, when I asked to speak with a manager the customer service reps kept hanging up on me.

Then I get an email for Lissandra Pitan indicating that I should make a dispute with my bank, NO my bank did not make these charges. and they had plenty of time to stop the items from being shipped. I have cancelled my subscription and asked them to delete all of my personal information. I will NEVER order from this company again!

I would not recommend any provide this company with any of your personal information. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ADORE ME!!!

I used to love your company. Super fast shipping, I could always call and talk to a person promptly with any (very rare) issues. Then last month you charged me when I was on "payment vacation" and it was like pulling teeth for you to refund my money. THEN I tell myself you know what, only 1 bad experience in 2 years, I'll try again. I really wish I hadn't. I placed my order and YOU TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. but here we are over 2 weeks later and my order is still processing? I've called over a dozen times sitting on the line waiting at least 10 minutes each time only to be let down with "we are unavailable to take any more calls right now please try later". Then when I try to email I get AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE!! Are you freaking kidding me????? And this seems to be the only way you guys reply to people so maybe now something will actually get done! Bad service

I ordered a corset on 2.7.18 order 30387****. It is still processing today 3.8.18.

Two weeks ago, I emailed customer service, Stephanie replied. I asked for this order to be cancelled. I Was told that would be fine. But as i said, several weeks later and it is still processing.

Well shame on me for placing another order, 30406****, as now it, too, is delayed in processing. Unacceptable. How do I get both orders cancelled and my money back?? This is nearly $200 worth of purchase from this company.

It is quite upsetting given how great the company was last year when I began ordering from them. Maybe quit with promotions until you get caught up.

You've grown too big for your bra, so to speak. Please contact me, there are enough of us now for a class action suit.

Crazy long "Processing Time" with no information on a change.

I placed my first order 2 weeks ago, when placing my order I was given an expected ship date of April 14. I waited a few days and then checked back and it is listed as "still processing" due to a moving warehouse. This should have been a head notice on their website or at least reflected in the expected ship date.

I am going on vacation soon and one of the pieces I ordered was a swimsuit I was hoping to get to wear. I have emailed the company 3 times only to receive a generic response. I have tried calling at different times of the day and have yet to actually speak to a person.

I understand that things can come up including inclement weather (MN just had a 22 inch snow storm) but the lack of communication or information is really troubling. Thinking of canceling my order and membership if I do not hear back soon.
