Horrible and never returning
Still processing a week later.
I ordered 3 sets on March 10, 2018. Usually when I order from here I get my items within the week but this time it says the order is still processing!
I was under the assumption since there were so many promotions going on the service would be so much quicker !
Incase anyone from the company sees this my order number is #30410****. Would just like to receive my sets after spending so much.
No response
I ordered on March 4 and it is still being processed. I have tried to call and got disconnected twice .
Their online chat is down every time I try and use it. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and have received only auto reply responses so far and it has been over 72 hrs since my first email.
Adore Me will not let you cancel an order after 30 min and they have already taken the order money out of my bank. My order number is (# 30404****).
No sign of my order...
Been waiting since the 12th
My order number is #30407**** please rectify this situation. I've been waiting for my order since March 12 now and Everytime I check my order it says order pending. I would really like my merchandise and this is taking ridiculously long already.
Feels like a scam...
I placed an order for $154 worth of product on November 21. I called customer service several days ago, and was given a canned and unhelpful response about a delay.
I called again today and was offered a refund but no insight into the status of my order, which I must have by Dec 8. The site says that order is shipped within 2 to 3 days, and I feel pretty sure this is a scam. A refund doesn’t cut it—I just need to know the status of my order, since this is time sensitive. When i followed up today’s call with two emails, I received no reply at all.
I do not want a canned script reply to this message.
I want someone to tell me the exact status of my order in the warehouse, which any reputable company would be capable of doing after a week of “processing”. Order

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!! I had an account with Adore me and my CC information was STOLEN.
I order from online websites all of the time and never had a issue with someone making fraudulent charges on my account. I call Adore Me to get this issues resolved as soon as I received and email from my bank and they still shipped the items that I did not purchased to an address in Florida! I have NEVER lived in Florida and Do not even know anyone that lives in Florida. Their customer service is awful, when I asked to speak with a manager the customer service reps kept hanging up on me.
Then I get an email for Lissandra Pitan indicating that I should make a dispute with my bank, NO my bank did not make these charges. and they had plenty of time to stop the items from being shipped. I have cancelled my subscription and asked them to delete all of my personal information. I will NEVER order from this company again!
I would not recommend any provide this company with any of your personal information. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ADORE ME!!!

Bad service
I ordered a corset on 2.7.18 order 30387****. It is still processing today 3.8.18.
Two weeks ago, I emailed customer service, Stephanie replied. I asked for this order to be cancelled. I Was told that would be fine. But as i said, several weeks later and it is still processing.
Well shame on me for placing another order, 30406****, as now it, too, is delayed in processing. Unacceptable. How do I get both orders cancelled and my money back?? This is nearly $200 worth of purchase from this company.
It is quite upsetting given how great the company was last year when I began ordering from them. Maybe quit with promotions until you get caught up.
You've grown too big for your bra, so to speak. Please contact me, there are enough of us now for a class action suit.
Crazy long "Processing Time" with no information on a change.
I placed my first order 2 weeks ago, when placing my order I was given an expected ship date of April 14. I waited a few days and then checked back and it is listed as "still processing" due to a moving warehouse. This should have been a head notice on their website or at least reflected in the expected ship date.
I am going on vacation soon and one of the pieces I ordered was a swimsuit I was hoping to get to wear. I have emailed the company 3 times only to receive a generic response. I have tried calling at different times of the day and have yet to actually speak to a person.
I understand that things can come up including inclement weather (MN just had a 22 inch snow storm) but the lack of communication or information is really troubling. Thinking of canceling my order and membership if I do not hear back soon.

Thank you for your honest review.
We are deeply sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced with a poor service. Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially that this is not the kind of service that we aim for.
That on top of this you have recieved dismissive customer service is indeed unacceptable.
Please note that the backlog issues did not affect the majority of orders. We are still investigating the warehouse problem and we have worked diligently to ship out the pending orders or cross-check them with our updated inventory. We have set up a second warehouse to handle all purchases in a prompt manner during this packed season. We trust that the improvement will prevent similar issues from happening again.
We would love to look into your case specifically to address it with a resolution, however, we will need your order number to do so.
If you could get back to us with this information we would highly appreciate it. We intend to learn from every experience and wish to address the case of the unhelpful representative as well.
