Bad customer service
The package was processing for two weeks already. No options for refund and no response from the customer service! They just took the money and did nothing!
Awful!!
Ordered two bikinis and 4 bra sets March 11th and was emailed saying it would arrive by March 23rd. It’s still processing!!
Have tried calling multiple times only to get disconnected while waiting on hold. Since then I have emailed twice and heard nothing back!
Really worried this is a scam seeing as the money has already been taken from my account and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from the company! Don’t order from this site!!
What Customer Service?
In a age when customer service isn't always a service, this one takes the cake. My order should have shipped by now, but nothing.
I called and was told they were delayed and had no idea when my order would ship. It is suppose to be here. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told there is no one they can transfer me to.
Adore Me has zero customer service at all. I will tell anyone interested in ordering from them "Don't”

I bought a set at adore me Nov- 27- 2017. Due to an address glitch, i never got the order!
Called severally but they wouldnt offer a refund till 30 days has passed! I mean no shipping company in the us take a month to deliver a package. Look at the time frame, Nov to Jan!! After numerous call in Jan 2018, i get my refund, then i stupidly go ahead & place another order on 1/9/2018.
It states 5 -7 business days to receive your order, but i tell you, my order is still processing! I have called to ask and one rude representative told me it could take a month! This is the worst company ever, avoid them at all cost! They care nothing for their customers.
Their customer service agents talk to you like they could care less. Spend your money elsewhere.

Used for years now can’t get my purchases
I’ve used adore me for years. I’ve been very happy with them.
Recently everything I order doesn’t get shipped for weeks or I’m told they can’t fulfill my order. Something has changed with the company I’m curious to know what before I cut my ties with them.

I didn't recall signing up to a month to month fee with this company. Currently attempting to obtain my store credit back and have been unable to reach anyone through the phone.
The phone # disconnects. I would love to have someone reach out to me in regards to this issue in order to have my money back.
Unhappy with this portion of the company. They didn't clarify this month to month as they should of when I made my purchase last year.
I am an unhappy costumer knowing that hey just sign people up when making one purchase. There is also no way to be able to remove my card for this continued automated pymt.
The email response has not been very helpful either. I have not had any rep reach out to me regarding this matter.
