Terrible customer service and received wrong product

I ordered 3 bathing suits roughly a week and a half ago. I just got them in today. I was extremely excited only to be severely let down. 2 of the three bathsuits were not what I ordered. I leave for vacation Monday and the bathing suits were ordered for that occasion. The customer service agent wanted to walk me through an exchange I explained to her I won’t be in town to go through this process and this has put a dent in plans. She tells me I need to pay to try to expedite it in time. They messed up my order and I need to pay to expedite it to try to resolve my problem? Greattt customer service right there.

boyfriend had originally ordered me a set for valentines day when that set failed to show up, i contacted adore me and they had issued me a code to make a replacement order, placed my replacement order march 13th and still hasn't shipped out, when i contacted customer service which was like pulling teeth took till late last night to get a message via text both my emails and direct message on their Facebook still hasn't been answered, i was told they are experiencing issues at the warehouse never had issues ordering from a company like this, my moneys already been taken and no updates to whats going on will not make another purchase with this company based on the experience I've had with them

Absolutely terrible - 2 months waiting

It's been 2 MONTHS since my husband ordered my Valentines Day gift.. after 3 calls to customer service they only gave us a $10 credit?!? Called again and they offered 25% off the order, that was a month ago. Trying to call today to cancel completely as we want nothing to do with this company, and the phone hold system tells me to call back later and then hangs up on me, after 11 minutes of waiting. What an absolute load of crap. He still gets daily emails... but not one has ever apologized for this complete disaster. If you call, you get a pre-recorded message blaming it all on the warehouse and the weather. Funny, amazon and everyone else hasn't seemed to have a problem. I did receive one set back in January, the half price one they give you for joining... honestly, I did not think its quality matched its retail price. I was not impressed.

Legally after 30 days they have to give you a refund if you ask for one and they haven't shipped. This comes from the FTC, this company has already been sued by the FTC once in the last year so just bring that up to them.

I ordered 2 swimsuits in March 15th. I still haven’t received them even though it said 5-7 day shipping.

I’ve gotten to emails saying delayed but rest assured your order will be delivered. We are moving to our new warehouse. That was several weeks ago. I have sent 2 emails with no response.

I spent 87.00 with this company and have nothing to show for it. If it was going to be delayed it should warn you before you order.

I am starting to think I will never get my items and won’t have them for my upcoming vacation. The customer service is terrible!

Awful!!

Ordered two bikinis and 4 bra sets March 11th and was emailed saying it would arrive by March 23rd. It’s still processing!!

Have tried calling multiple times only to get disconnected while waiting on hold. Since then I have emailed twice and heard nothing back!

Really worried this is a scam seeing as the money has already been taken from my account and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from the company! Don’t order from this site!!

What Customer Service?

In a age when customer service isn't always a service, this one takes the cake. My order should have shipped by now, but nothing.

I called and was told they were delayed and had no idea when my order would ship. It is suppose to be here. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told there is no one they can transfer me to.

Adore Me has zero customer service at all. I will tell anyone interested in ordering from them "Don't”

I placed an order on March 2 and my order has been processing for over 2 weeks! My order number is 30403****. I’m very surprised that no one emailed or reached out to notify me of this huge delay in processing and shipping. I have called and emailed twice and reached out to Adore me through Facebook and no one has gotten back with me. This is completely unprofessional. I either want my order or my money back. Give me an estimated time frame for processing and shipping because what you have advertised on the website is completely inaccurate.

I ordered over two weeks ago, still have not received my items. I waited until well after the Valentine's day busy season, yet the order still states that it is processing. I called customer service, after several emails went unanswered. Same old line about it shipping in a day or two because the warehouse is backed up, and gave me a $10 store credit. What good is a store credit if I never order from Adoreme.com again? I ordered the items almost one month earlier than I was needing them and now I am down to 5 business days!! Yet shipping is going to take longer than that. I would really like to have my items sent expedited shipping. I feel as though that is fair considering the inconvenience.

Hopefully you like them and they fit when they get there! Mine took about 4 weeks to arrive and I sent two pieces back for exchange over a month ago...

I just got an email saying that BOTH pieces were damaged and they charged me $20 for EACH of them! I’m now waiting on two other exchanges I sent back assuming I’ll likely be charged for those as well....Pretty sure this company is a major scam!

I bought a set at adore me Nov- 27- 2017. Due to an address glitch, i never got the order!

Called severally but they wouldnt offer a refund till 30 days has passed! I mean no shipping company in the us take a month to deliver a package. Look at the time frame, Nov to Jan!! After numerous call in Jan 2018, i get my refund, then i stupidly go ahead & place another order on 1/9/2018.

It states 5 -7 business days to receive your order, but i tell you, my order is still processing! I have called to ask and one rude representative told me it could take a month! This is the worst company ever, avoid them at all cost! They care nothing for their customers.

Their customer service agents talk to you like they could care less. Spend your money elsewhere.

Why are you guys still having issues with your warehouse. I ordered some items in the past and have never had an issue with shipping before.

However, I ordered some Items 4/7/18 and am now being told there are warehouse issues because you're moving to a new warehouse. I try to research this information and see you've had warehouse issues since at least November of last year.

Where is my order

I placed an order February 26th, and I am still waiting for it to ship (it is still being processed). When I emailed customer service after one week, they credited me $10 and said it was a warehouse problem. I followed up twice after that, and have not gotten any follow up. I have also tried multiple times to call customer service and have not been able to get through. The order number is #30399****. It is extremely unprofessional that I have not heard back after emailing twice. I want my order to ship this week, or I want a refund. I love everything that I ordered, but it should not take this long to receive my order!

No reach out #

I didn't recall signing up to a month to month fee with this company. Currently attempting to obtain my store credit back and have been unable to reach anyone through the phone.

The phone # disconnects. I would love to have someone reach out to me in regards to this issue in order to have my money back.

Unhappy with this portion of the company. They didn't clarify this month to month as they should of when I made my purchase last year.

I am an unhappy costumer knowing that hey just sign people up when making one purchase. There is also no way to be able to remove my card for this continued automated pymt.

The email response has not been very helpful either. I have not had any rep reach out to me regarding this matter.
